噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松对支气管哮喘患者炎症因子指标及不良反应的影响

The influence of tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol and ticasone on inflammation indicators and adverse reactions in patients with bronchial asthma

目的探讨噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松对支气管哮喘患者炎症因子指标及不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年5月本院收治的107例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=53)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松治疗,研究组采用噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗。比较两组炎症因子指标[白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)]、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、呼气峰流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组IL-5、IL-8、IL-10及IL-13水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FeNO均低于治疗前,PEF、FEV1均高于治疗前,且研究组FeNO低于对照组,PEF、FEV1均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松可降低支气管哮喘患者的血清炎症因子及FeNO水平,有利于改善气道症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effects of tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol and ticasone on inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 107 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=53)and control group(n=54)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone,and the study group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol ticasone.The inflammatory indexes(interleukin-5[IL-5],interleukin-8[IL-8],interleukin-10[IL-10],interleukin-13[IL-13]),exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the one second(FEV1)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,IL-5,IL-8,IL-10 and IL-13 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FeNO in both groups was lower than that before treatment,PEF and FEV1 were higher than those before treatment,FeNO in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and PEF and FEV1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with salmeterol ticasone can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and FeNO in patients with bronchial asthma,improve airway symptoms,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
