射频消融术联合奥沙利铂与替吉奥化疗方案治疗结直肠癌术后肝转移患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with oxaliplatin assisting and teggio chemotherapy in the treatment of liver metastases after radical operation of rectal cancer

目的探讨射频消融术(RFA)联合奥沙利铂与替吉奥(SOX)化疗方案治疗结直肠癌术后肝转移患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的46例结直肠癌术后肝转移患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为联合治疗组(n=22)和单纯化疗组(n=24)。联合治疗组实施RFA联合SOX方案治疗,单纯化疗组实施SOX方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效、生存状态、不良反应及毒副反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR)分别为72.73%、90.91%,明显高于单纯化疗组的41.67%、58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组1、2、3年生存率均高于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率及毒副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论RFA联合SOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌术后肝转移患者效果理想,可良好控制肿瘤,延长患者生存期。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with oxaliplatin assisting and teggio chemotherapy in the treatment of liver metastases after radical operation of rectal cancer.Methods 46 patients with rectal cancer postoperative liver metastases who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into combination therapy group(n=22)and chemotherapy alone group(n=24)according to different treatment methods.The combined treatment group was treated with RFA combined with SOX regimen,and the chemotherapy alone group was treated with SOX regimen,the treatment effect,survival rate,adverse reactions and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate(RR)and disease control rate(DCR)of the combined treatment group were 72.73%and 90.91%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 41.67%,58.33%of the chemotherapy alone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rates at 1,2,and 3 years were higher than the chemotherapy alone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups.Conclusions RFA combined with SOX chemotherapy regimen for colorectal cancer patients with postoperative liver metastases has good effect,can control the tumor well,and prolong the survival of patients.
