新医科背景下中医护理专业学生日常行为管理的探索与实践

摘要 目的在新医科背景下,分析高校中医护理专业学生的日常行为管理,以学生职业道德教育为侧重点,以高校中医护理专业应用型人才培养的经验为基础,探索提高中医护理专业学生职业道德培养的有效路径。方法选取2020年7—8月以吉林省首批专业转型试点单位的1139名中医护理专业学生为研究对象,按照随机抽样法在各年级中选取390名进行问卷调查。于2020年7—8月选取从事学生工作的高校教职工和有带教临床经验的医护人员共10名为访谈对象。通过文献查阅、质性访谈和问卷调查开展研究。结果调查结果显示,97.95%学生表示有开展《护理伦理学》等相关课程,且有83.85%学生认为《护理伦理学》等相关课程是重要的职业道德课。中医护理职业道德教育的形式多种多样,学生认可度最高依次是中医护理职业道德教育讲座(73.59%)、护患沟通情景模拟(71.79%)及组织有关医务人员职业道德话题辩论(64.62%)。55.90%学生认为目前学校的中医护理职业道德培养教育内容完善,但41.03%学生认为培养方式知识陈旧,脱离医疗实际。87.95%学生认为学校开展中医护理职业道德教育有利于规范中医护理行为。90.26%学生认为社会现实对自身道德素质有影响。所有学生均认为中医护理职业道德是积极正向的,且能增强自身,正视社会现实,增加步入社会的信心;90.26%学生认为社会现实对自身道德素质有影响,其中8.72%学生认为其只产生负面影响。69.49%学生愿意接受社会挑战,有信心走上工作岗位,17.44%学生认为很多状况都是不可预知的,没有信心。通过对高校教职工和临床医护人员访谈,表明高校和实习医院在学生日常行为管理中应加强中医护理专业学生的职业道德教育和职业认同感。结论通过发挥中医院校思想政治理论课的主渠道作用,优化职业道德教育融入中医人才培养环境,拓宽职业道德教育方式方法,督促和改进中医护理专业学生日常管理,有利于培养学生职业道德,加强自我管理和自我教育。 Objective Under the background of new medical science,to analyze the daily behavior management of college students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing,focus on students'professional ethics education,and explore an effective way to improve the professional ethics training of college students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing based on the experience of cultivating applied talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing.Methods From July to August 2020,1139 students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the first batch of pilot units of professional transformation in Jilin province were selected as the rearch sujects,and 390 students from all grades were selected according to random sampling method for question naire survey.From July to August 2020,a total of 10 university staff engaged in student work and medical staff with clinical experience were selected as interviewees.The research was carried out through literature review,qualitative interview and questionnaire survey.Results The survey results showed that 97.95%of the students said they had carried out nursing ethics and other related courses,and 83.85%of the students believed that nursing ethics and other related courses were important professional ethics courses.There are various forms of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing professional ethics education,and the highest recognition of students is Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing professional ethics education lecture(73.59%),nurse-patient communication scenario simulation(71.79%)and organizing debate on medical staff professional ethics topics(64.62%).55.90%of the students thought that the content of the training and education of professional ethics of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the school was perfect,but 41.03%of the students thought that the knowledge of training methods was old and divorced from the reality of medical treatment.87.95%of the students believed that the professional ethics education of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the school was conducive to standardizing the behavior of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing.90.26%of the students believed that social reality had an impact on their moral quality.All students believe that the professional ethics of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing is positive,and can enhance themselves,face up to the social reality and increase their confidence in entering the society.90.26%of the students believed that social reality had an impact on their moral quality,of which 8.72%thought it only had a negative impact.69.49%of the students are willing to accept social challenges and have the confidence to go to work.17.44%of the students think that many situations are unpredictable and have no confidence.Through the interview with college faculty and clinical medical staff,it shows that colleges and practice hospitals should strengthen the professional ethics education and professional identity of students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the daily behavior management of students.Conclusion By giving full play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political theory course in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges,optimizing professional ethics education,integrating into the training environment of Traditional Chinese Medicine talents,broadening the methods of professional ethics education,supervising and improving the daily management of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing students,it is conducive to cultivating students'professional ethics and strengthening self-management and self-education.
