两种教学法在脊柱外科入职培训中的应用效果评估 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究微视频翻转课堂教学法在脊柱外科入职培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年1月本院收治的56名新入职的脊柱外科医护人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=26)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采取传统方法教学,观察组在对照组基础上采用微视频翻转课堂教学法,比较两组新入职人员理论考核成绩、临床操作成绩、自我导向学习能力及对教学方法的评价。结果培训后,观察组理论考核成绩、临床操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,两组学习意识、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价、人际关系评分比较差异无统计学意义;培训后,两组学习意识、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价、人际关系评分均高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我动机信念、提高解决问题能力、提高学习兴趣评价占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱外科入职培训中采用微视频翻转课堂教学法,可提高入职人员业务水平、学习兴趣、解决问题的能力,培养其自我导向学习能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video flipping classroom teaching method in spinal surgery entry training.Methods 56 newly recruited medical staff of spinal surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=30).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the micro-video flipped classroom teaching method on the basis of the control group.The theoretical assessment scores,clinical operation scores,self-directed learning ability and the evaluation of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the theoretical examination scores and clinical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference in learning awareness,learning behavior,learning strategies,learning evaluation and interpersonal relationship scores between the two groups.After training,the scores of learning awareness,learning behavior,learning strategies,learning evaluation and interpersonal relationship scores in the two groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation rates of self motivation belief,problem-solving ability and learning interest in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-video flipped classroom teaching method in the induction training of spinal surgery can improve the professional level,learning interest,problem-solving ability of recruits,and cultivate self-directed learning ability.
