摘要
近年来,人工智能技术迅速发展给教育行业带来了崭新的机遇和巨大的挑战。为了积极推进人工智能等新技术与教师队伍建设的深度融合,利用人工智能技术提升教师专业能力。基于人工智能技术,分类提升职前教师信息化教学能力,打造智慧化教学、学习和实践环境,精准支持职前教师信息化教学反思,能够有效提升职前教师信息化教学能力,推动职前教师专业发展。
In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities and huge challenges to education industry. In order to actively promote the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence with the teacher team construction, using artificial intelligence technology to improve the teachers’ professional ability. Based on artificial intelligence technology, improving pre-service teachers’ informationization teaching ability by classification, creating smart teaching, learning and practice environment, and accurately supporting the reflection of pre-service teachers’ informationization teaching, which can effectively improve the informatization teaching ability of pre-service teachers, thereby promoting the teacher professional development.
