摘要
针对当前高校实验室危化试剂仓储管理模式存在的弊端,提出了一个基于物联网的实验室危化试剂仓储系统的设计方案。通过信息技术与智能设备的深度融合,集成危化试剂信息采集、仓储环境监测、人员身份验证、库房管理控制和信息台账记录等功能模块,建立了一个全方位、标准化的危化试剂仓储管理系统。该仓储系统促进了危化试剂仓储管理向信息化、规范化、精准化发展,对提升高校实验室危化试剂安全管理水平具有积极作用。
A design scheme of warehouse system for hazardous chemical reagent based on Internet of Things technology is proposed,which established a IoT connected device realized the integration of reagent information collection,environment monitoring,personnel identi? cation,in-and-out storage management control and information ledger recording through the deep integration of information technology.On this basis,a comprehensive standardized hazardous chemical reagent warehouse management system is established,which promotes the development of the warehouse management of hazardous chemical reagent toward informatization,standardization and precision and plays a positive role in improving the management level of hazardous chemical reagent in university laboratories.
