摘要
为了弥补目前物理化学动力学实验中实验装置的不足,针对教学实际需求,设计了甲醇分解实验装置。该实验装置由反应器及与其配套的程序升温控制器、气路管道、流量控制装置以及产物分析装置构成。该实验装置结构简单、操作方便、原理展示清晰、面板操作性强。以甲醇分解实验为例,对实验装置的应用进行了研究。该实验装置可连续测试不同温度、空速、甲醇浓度等条件下甲醇的分解率及产物的选择性,能较好地满足高校化学类专业实验教学的需求。
In order to solve the shortcomings of the kinetic experiment device in the current physical chemistry experiment,combined with the actual needs of teaching,a methanol decomposition experimental device was designed.The device consists of a reactor,a temperature programmed controller,related gas pipelines,a flow control device and a chromatographic system for product analysis.The experimental device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,clear principle display and strong panel operability.Taking methanol decomposition experiment as an example,the application of the device was studied.The methanol decomposition rate and product selectivity can be continuously tested under different temperature conditions,space velocity conditions,different methanol concentrations and other conditions.The device can meet the needs of experimental teaching of chemistry specialty in colleges and universities.
