振兴战略背景下农村“三治”协同机制与路径选择研究

Research on the Coordination Mechanism and Path Choice of“Three-Governance”in Rural Areas Under the Background of Revitalization Strategy

当前我国现代化进程不断加快,民众的价值取向和生活发生巨大转变,乡村社会的变革与生产力的不断发展对乡级治理现代化产生诉求。在此背景下,要突破乡村治理格局的困境,乡村“三治”协同机制已成为必然的选择。文章阐述了“三治”机制现存的不足与成因,从治理主体、基层干部、法治保障等角度出发,依据“三治”在治理体系中的地位和功能,将三者有机结合,从而发挥出组合的作用效果,对实现乡村治理现代化具有重要的现实意义。

At present,China’s modernization process is accelerating.The value orientation and life of the people have undergone great changes and the changes of rural society.The continuous development of productive forces have made demands on the modernization of township governance.In this context,in order to break through the dilemma of rural governance pattern,the rural“three-governance”coordination mechanism has become an inevitable choice.This paper expounds the existing shortcomings and causes of the“three-governance”mechanism.From the perspective of governance subjects,grass-roots cadres and legal guarantee,according to the status and functions of the“three-governance”in the governance system,the three are organically combined to play a combined role,which is of great practical significance to the modernization of rural governance.
