文理交叉融合的应用型人才培养特征及其路径探索

The Characteristics and Path Exploration of Applied Talents’Training Based on the Cross Integration of Arts and Science

当前社会对应用型人才的需求愈加趋向综合型、复合型,因此,必须对应用型人才的培养进行改革,创新人才培养方式,将文理交叉融合贯穿于人才培养的全过程。文章分析了文理交叉融合的应用型人才培养特征,提出了文理交叉融合的应用型人才培养路径,从而形成文理交叉融合式应用型人才培养的现实进路。

The social demand for applied talents is becoming more and more comprehensive and compound.Therefore,we must deepen the reform of applied talents training,innovate the training methods of applied talents,and integrate the cross integration of arts and science into the whole process of applied talents training.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the applied talents training of the cross integration of arts and sciences,and puts forward the training path to form a practical approach.
