数字经济、企业家精神与制造业高质量发展

Digital Economy,Entrepreneurship and High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry

数字经济是引领经济高质量发展的重要引擎,企业家精神是驱动经济增长的内生力量,二者都是推动制造业转型升级和提质增效的关键动能。将企业家精神纳入产业发展分析框架,从创新精神、创业精神和契约精神三个维度,探讨数字经济促进制造业高质量发展的主要路径和理论机制。在此基础上,利用2007—2018年省际面板数据和上市公司数据,测算数字经济指数和制造业高质量发展水平,并从宏观和微观两个层面对数字经济、企业家精神和制造业高质量发展之间的作用机制进行实证检验。研究结果显示,数字经济通过改善技术效率显著促进制造业高质量发展;企业家的创新精神、创业精神和契约精神是数字经济促进制造业高质量发展的重要机制,现阶段企业家创业精神的促进作用大于创新精神和契约精神。进一步分析表明,数字经济发展对低生产率地区和中西部地区的提升作用更大,数字经济的普惠性特征开始显现。由收敛模型检验可知,制造业高质量发展的区域收敛性客观存在,数字经济已成为促进其区域收敛的“加速器”。数字经济时代,更需要激发和培育企业家精神,赋能制造业高质量发展,进而推动区域经济均衡发展。

Digital economy is an important engine to lead high-quality economic development,and entrepreneurship is an endogenous force to drive economic growth,both of which are the key momentum for transforming and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and also improving its quality and efficiency.This paper brings entrepreneurship into the framework of industrial analysis and discuss the overall effect and theoretical mechanism of digital economy promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,which from the dimensions of innovation spirit,enterprising spirit and contract spirit.On this basis,the digital economy index is calculated with principal component analysis by using the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2018,and the theoretical mechanism among digital economy,entrepreneurship and high-quality development of manufacturing industry is empirically tested.The results showed that,digital economy has significantly promoted the high-quality development of manufacturing industry through the improvement of technical efficiency,especially the improvement of pure technical efficiency.The results show that the digital economy significantly promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing industry through the improvement of technical efficiency,especially the improvement of pure technical efficiency.The innovation spirit,entrepreneurship spirit and contract spirit of entrepreneurs are three important mechanisms of digital economy to promote high-quality development of manufacturing industry,and entrepreneurial spirit plays a greater role than others at present.Further analysis shows that,the development of digital economy has obvious spatial spillover effect.Compared with high productivity areas and eastern regions,the development of digital economy plays a greater role in promoting low-productivity areas and central and western regions,and the inclusiveness of digital economy begins to appear.Through the convergence model test,digital economy has become an"accelerator"for regional convergence of manufacturing industry.In the era of digital economy,it is more necessary to stimulate and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit,so as to enable high-quality development of manufacturing industry,and then promote the balanced development of regional economy.
