摘要
对复合微生物菌剂S35在土壤中对氯氰菊酯的降解效果及其生态安全性进行了监测研究。通过在棚室土壤中添加氯氰菊酯并施用菌剂,定期监测土壤中残留氯氰菊酯、菌剂S35微生物定殖水平,土壤真菌微生物多样性变化,土壤理化指标,种植作物生长指标从而评估菌剂施用效果及其安全性。结果表明初始土壤中氯氰菊酯含量约85 mg/kg,使用0.1%菌剂,经过40 d修复期后,修复土壤中残留的氯氰菊酯浓度降至9.25 mg/kg,下降了约89%,对照组残留量为48.34 mg/kg,下降了约47%,与对照相比具有显著差异(T-test p=0.04)。复合菌剂S35中的效能微生物SSCL-3,SSCL-5可在土壤中稳定的定殖并发挥降解氯氰菊酯的作用。S35菌剂可逐步改善了污染土壤的真菌微生物多样性,土壤理化指标及观测作物番茄生长未受到菌剂负面影响。可以初步认为S35是有效并且安全的氯氰菊酯污染土壤修复剂。
The degradation effect of microbial agents S35 in cypermethrin-contaminated soil on cypermethrin and its ecological safety were monitored.Cypermethrin was added to soil artificially,microbial agents S35 was supplied for remediation.Residual of cypermethrin,soil fungi flora diversity,soil physicochemical index and crops growth index were monitored at every other 10 days.The cypermethrin in the soil was about 85 mg/kg at 0 d.There was 9.25 mg/kg of cypermethrin left in bioremediation soil at 40 days,which was decreased by 89%.The residual cypermethrin in the control group was 48.34 mg/kg,which was significant difference from remediation groups(t-test P=0.04).The effective strains of sscl-3 and sscl-5 could colonize in cypermethrin-contaminated soil stably.Microbial agents W35 could help soil fungal flora recover gradually,which was decreased by cypermethrin.There were no negative effect on soil physicochemical index and the tomato plant growth by microbial agents W35.It can be concluded that microbial agents S35 is an effective and safe remediation agent for cypermethrin contaminated soil.
