复合树脂在前牙美容修复中的临床应用研究

Clinical experience of composite resin in anterior tooth cosmetic restoration

目的分析探讨复合树脂修复患者前牙的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2019年2月该院收治的100例前牙修复患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和参考组,每组50例。参考组给予烤瓷贴面修复,观察组给予复合树脂修复。观察并分析两组患者前牙修复情况。结果观察组患者满意度、修复成功率均明显优于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合树脂修复能有效改善患者前牙修复情况,提高修复成功率,具有重要的临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of composite resin in the restoration of anterior teeth of patients.Methods The clinical data of anterior tooth restoration patients in this hospital were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into reference group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The reference group was given porcelain veneer repair,and the observation group was given composite resin repair.The restoration of anterior teeth in two groups was observed and analyzed.Results The patient satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair success rate of the observation group was 98.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference component power 88.0%,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite resin restoration can effectively improve the treatment of anterior teeth,improve the success rate of restoration,has important clinical value,worthy of promotion.
