康复治疗师职业相关性疼痛问题及其防护调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of Occupational Associated Pain Problems and Their Protection by Rehabilitation Therapists

目的了解康复治疗师职业相关性疼痛分布及其形成原因,为康复治疗师职业性疾患防护提供借鉴依据。方法采用文献阅读和康复治疗师座谈设计调查问卷,对浙江省宁波地区10所不同类型康复机构的康复治疗师进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。共收回问卷136份,有效问卷128份。结果128名康复治疗师职业性疼痛发生最高部位分别为腰(75%)、肩(61%)、颈(54%);能自己处理工作中产生的疼痛者占55%;通过积极锻炼预防疼痛的发生者占67%。姿势情况,驼背的康复治疗师占34%,脊柱侧弯的康复治疗师占18%。不同专业康复治疗师比较,作业治疗或职能治疗康复治疗师肩背部问题较严重,儿童康复治疗师膝关节问题较多。康复治疗师主观回答疼痛形成原因主要集中在不良工作姿势和大强度工作量两方面。结论康复治疗师面临较严重职业相关性疼痛问题,针对职业相关性疾患应采取积极、有效的干预措施。

Objective To understand the distribution of occupational-related pain in rehabilitation therapists and its causes,and to provide reference for the protection of occupational diseases in rehabilitation therapists.Methods A questionnaire was designed with literature reading and discussion of rehabilitation therapists,and 10 different types of rehabilitation therapists in Ningbo were investigated.136 questionnaires were collected and 128 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The highest incidence of occupational pain in rehabilitation therapists is 75%of the waist,61%of the shoulder,54%of the neck,55%of the pain in the job that can be handled by themselves,and prevention of pain through active exercise 67%.Posture,34 per cent of hunchback therapists and 18 per cent of scoliosis therapists.Compared with different professional rehabilitation therapists,the shoulder and back problems of OT therapists are more serious,and the knee joint problems of children therapists are more.the cause of pain formation,the therapist′s subjective answer mainly focused on two aspects:bad working posture and heavy intensity workload.Conclusion Rehabilitation therapists are faced with serious occupational-related pain problems.We should take active and effective measures for occupational-related diseases.
