一种适用于柴油机监控系统继电器的综合评估模型

摘要 针对某型船舶柴油机监控系统内部继电器的性能评估问题,提出一种基于模糊理论和证据推理的综合评估模型。首先构建了同时考虑电特性因素、时间因素、环境因素的综合评估指标;经改进层次分析法,得到各层级评估参数、因素对应的权重比例,标准化处理后运用模糊数理论求得各评估参数对应的隶属度函数,结合参数权重得出初步模糊评估;为解决模糊理论模型的不确定性问题,进一步将证据推理算法应用到评估模型,将置信度的概念引入隶属函数,求解评估因素集的广义组合基本信任程度;最后利用实际柴油机监控系统中的继电器进行性能评估实验,结果表明,综合评估模型降低了评估过程的不确定性,评估效果优于单一的模糊评估模型。 According to the problems in the performance evaluation of the internal relays of a certain type of ship diesel engine monitoring system,a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy theory and evidence reasoning is proposed.The comprehensive evaluation indexes that take account of the factors of electrical characteristics,time factors and environmental factors are constructed.The weight ratio corresponding to the evaluation parameters and factors at all levels is obtained by the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The membership function corresponding to each evaluation parameter is obtained by fuzzy number theory after standardized processing,and the initial fuzzy evaluation is obtained in combination with the parameter weights.In view of the uncertainty of fuzzy theory model,the evidential reasoning algorithm is applied to the evaluation model,and the concept of confidence is introduced into the membership function to solve the basic trust degree of the generalized combination of evaluation factor sets.The performance evaluation experiment was carried out by the relays in the actual diesel engine monitoring system.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation model can reduce the uncertainty of the evaluation process and its evaluation effect is better than that of the single fuzzy evaluation model.
