摘要
为解决550热试验轧机导卫板频繁撞击故障,通过采用棘轮原理和齿轮传动原理相结合的方式,成功开发出一种永久单向传动的机械装置,并获得突破,实现无论输入为正向转动,还是反向转动,输出均为正转或反转的单向传动功能。将其应用到550热试验轧机的导卫板传动中,效果良好,解决了导卫板撞击问题。
In order to solve the frequent collision fault of guide plate of 550 hot test rolling mill,a permanent unidirectional drive mechanism was successfully developed by combining ratchet wheel principle and gear drive principle,and a breakthrough was made.The device realizes whether the input is forward rotation,or reverse rotation,output is forward or reverse one-way transmission function.It is applied to guide plate drive of 550 hot test rolling mill and the result is good.
