摘要
用中红外光谱吸收法对74个重整汽油样本进行检测,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对谱图进行处理,并选取合适的参数,得到优化后的重整汽油的研究法辛烷值、马达法辛烷值、馏程、烯烃和芳烃体积分数的校正模型,建立了快速检测重整汽油性质的中红外系统,用20个重整汽油样品分别对校正模型进行验证,验证值与参考方法预测值的偏差较小,说明建立的系统模型较好。
74 reformed gasoline samples were detected with mid-infrared spectral absorption method,and the spectra were processed with partial least squares(PLS)method,and appropriate parameters were selected to obtain the optimized research octane number,motor octane number,distillation range,olefin and aromatic volume fraction calibration models of the reformed gasoline.A mid-infrared system for rapid detection of gasoline properties was established,and 20 reformed gasoline samples were used to verify the calibration model,and the verified values were predicted by the reference method.The deviation of the value is small,indicating that the established system model is good.
