摘要
中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜生物反应器(MBR)回用技术对低含盐含油污水进行深度处理后回用。文章主要阐述MBR在日常运行中的控制重点与膜清洗方式,以保证MBR在长周期运行中,在出水稳定且达到循环冷却水补充水水质标准的前提下,始终维持较高的膜产水量并在膜组件受到严重污染后能够较快恢复产水量。
SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.uses polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)hollow fiber membrane bioreactor(MBR)recycling technology to recycle low-salt oily wastewater after advanced treatment.This article mainly expounds the key points of MBR control in daily operation and the method of membrane cleaning,so as to ensure that in the long-term operation,on the premise that the effluent stably meets the quality standard of circulating cooling water supplementary water,the MBR device can always maintain a high membrane water yield and can quickly recover water yield after the membrane module is seriously polluted.
