废旧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯化学回收技术进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了近年来国内外废旧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)化学回收技术的研究进展,以及主要公司技术的工业化进程;讨论了醇解废液处理方法,并对化学回收法与物理回收法的经济性进行了简要评估。认为在大力推进新型工艺及联合分解工艺工业化应用的同时,加强大规模装置的配套项目建设,实现PET化学回收企业与大型生产商以及下游应用企业的密切合作,是未来废旧PET化学回收产业的发展方向。 The research progress of the chemical recovery technology of waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET)at home and abroad in recent years and the industrialization process of the technologies of major companies were reviewed.The treatment methods of alcoholysis waste liquid were discussed,and the economy of chemical recovery method and physical recovery method were briefly evaluated.It is considered that while vigorously promoting the industrial application of new processes and combined decomposition processes,strengthening the construction of supporting projects of large-scale devices,and realizing the close cooperation between PET chemical recovery enterprises and large PET producers as well as downstream application enterprises are very important,which indicates the development direction of waste PET polyester chemical recovery industry in the future.
