With the development of digital and intelligent technology,the establishment of automation and intelligence in smelting industry is imperative.This paper expounds requirements of different parame-ter perception on fine selection of detection instruments used in nonferrous metals smelting environment.The DCS control system structure is of integral,large-scale and networked configuration to realize automa-tion,informationization and intellectualization in production control and management.
