摘要 人工智能时代,校企合作是发展智慧教育的重要途径。而基于信息化社会发展及个体发展需求,探究校企合作计算机人才培养优化方案具有重要意义。文章针对传统高校校企合作计算机人才培养过程中存在的问题,探究“1+2+3”校企合作育人优化方案,分别从校企合作前、中、后三个阶段阐述具体措施,以提高校企合作的育人质量。在此基础上,文章提出高校应积极响应国家产教融合、校企协同育人政策,动员相关教师以新工科建设背景下计算机人才培养为重点,积极探索校企合作工科人才培养优化方案,不断为国家培养大批具有高等教育背景的复合型科技人才。 In the era of artificial intelligence,school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to develop smart education.Based on the development of information-based society and individual development needs,it is of great significance to explore the optimization scheme of computer talent training for school-enterprise cooperation.In view of the problems existing in the training process of computer talents in traditional colleges and universities,this article proposes the“1+2+3”school-enterprise cooperation education optimization plan and elaborates specific measures from the three aspects of school-enterprise cooperation,in order to improve the education quality of school-enterprise cooperation.This article believes that colleges and universities should actively respond to the national policy of integration of industry and education and school-enterprise collaborative education,mobilize relevant teachers to focus on the cultivation of computer talents under the background of new engineering construction,actively explore the optimization plan for training school-enterprise cooperative engineering talents,and continuously cultivate a large number of composite scientific and technological talents with higher education backgrounds for the country.
