铁路救援起重机远程智能监控系统研究

摘要 物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术发展为更安全、更高效、更经济的铁路移动装备带来机遇,铁路行业的高铁、机车等制造企业纷纷借助物联网技术进行产品的智能化提升,铁路救援起重机作为铁路运营安全保障体系中的重要装备,在物联网技术应用层面仍是空白。本文结合铁路救援装备自身的智能化发展以及提升装备管理及安全运用水平的需求,在论述铁路救援起重机远程智能监控系统架构、数据采集方式、采集内容等关键技术的基础上,提出了合理可靠的铁路救援起重机远程智能监控技术方案,通过监测系统样机的试制及运用考验,对车辆远程监控涉及的远程定位、数据采集、无线传输以及Web应用、手机APP应用开发等相关技术进行了实际应用验证,为研究铁路救援起重机远程智能监控系统提供了技术基础和实践样本。 The development of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence has brought opportunities for safer, more efficient, and more economical railway mobile equipment. Internet of Things technology and applications to improve product intelligence have been adopted by high speed train and locomotive manufacturers in the railway industry. As an important equipment in the railway operation safety guarantee system, it is still blank for the railway rescue crane in the application of Internet of Things technology. Combined with the intelligent development of railway rescue equipment and the need to improve the level of equipment management and safe operation, this paper proposes a reasonable and reliable remote intelligent monitoring plan for high speed rescue railway crane on the basis of discussing the key technologies such as intelligent monitoring system structure, data collection methods, and contents to be collected of railway rescue crane. And the practical application verification of the remote positioning, data acquisition, wireless transmission, web application, mobile APP development and other related technologies involved in the remote monitoring of wagons has been practically verified through the trial production and application test of the monitoring system prototype, which provides technical basis and practice samples for the study of remote intelligent monitoring of railway rescue cranes.
