糖尿病前期脾虚湿热证与肠道菌群关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病前期在我国发病率极高,其发病是饮食结构、遗传及社会环境因素相互作用的结果,肠道菌群参与人体的能量代谢,其组成和代谢紊乱与胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢过程密切相关,作用机制主要与其代谢产物、微生物-肠-脑轴及肠内激素有关。中医从脾论治糖尿病前期取得了良好的临床效果。肠道菌群与中医脾的功能相类似。因此通过研究肠道菌群与脾虚及糖尿病前期的关系,基于脾虚湿热理论,探讨肠道菌群通过其代谢产物、神经调节、相关肠内激素在糖尿病前期中的作用机理,以期为糖尿病前期及相关代谢系统疾病的中医治疗提供新思路。 The incidence of pre diabetes is very high in incidence rate.The incidence of pre diabetes is the result of the interaction of dietary structure,genetic and social environmental factors.Intestinal flora participates in human energy metabolism.Its composition and metabolic disorder are closely related to insulin resistance and glucose and lipid metabolism.The mechanism of action is mainly related to its metabolites,microorganism gut brain axis and intestinal hormones.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical results in the early stage of diabetes by treating the spleen.The intestinal flora is similar to the function of spleen in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,by studying the relationship between intestinal flora and spleen deficiency and early stage of diabetes.Based on the theory of damp heat due to spleen deficiency,this paper discusses the mechanism of intestinal flora through its metabolites,neuromodulation and related intestinal hormones in the early stage of diabetes,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of early stage of diabetes and related metabolic system diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
