关于科研单位高质量党建引领保障高质量发展的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Leading and Ensuring High-Quality Development through High-Quality Party Building in Scientific Research Institutions

国有企业科研单位,在经济领域、科技战线为党工作是第一职责,必须把“两个维护”作为最高政治原则,把“做党和国家最可信赖的依靠力量”作为自觉追求,坚决贯彻“两个一以贯之”,毫不动摇坚持党的领导,坚定不移加强党的建设,为推动高质量发展、担当国家战略科技力量提供坚强保证。本文立足中国石油化工股份有限公司石油勘探开发研究院的职责定位,围绕科研单位高质量党建引领保障高质量发展的实践,提出思考和探索。

The first responsibility of scientific research units of state-owned enterprises is to work for the Party in the economic and the scientific&technological front,and they must regard the“two safe-guards”as the highest political principle and pursue conscientiously to“be the most reliable dependent force of the Party and State”.We will resolutely implement the“two consistent principles”,unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Party,and unswervingly strengthen Party building,in our bid to provide a strong guarantee for promoting high-quality development and acting as a national strategic scientific and technological force.Based on the responsibilities of SINOPEC Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute,this paper puts forward thoughts and exploration upon the practice of high-quality Party building in scientific research institutions to lead and ensure high-quality development.
