浅谈国有企业纪检监察机构如何推动干部干事创业

Brief Study on How to Promote the Entrepreneurship of Cadre Officers by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Institutions of State-owned Enterprises

本文从加强政治引领、强化案件查办、积极容错纠错、严查诬告陷害、开展回访教育、纠治形式主义、官僚主义等六个方面,阐述了国有企业纪检监察机构如何推动广大干部干事创业,为纪检监察机构如何贯彻落实党中央要求,充分发挥监督保障执行、促进完善发展作用提供了有益借鉴。

From the six aspects of strengthening political guidance,strengthening case investigation,actively tolerating and correcting mistakes,strictly investigating false charges and circumventions,carrying out return-inspection and education,correcting formalism and bureaucratism,this paper expounds how the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of state-owned enterprises promote the entrepreneurship of the majority of cadres and officers,and how they implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee,to give full play to the role of supervision and guarantee implementation and promoting perfect development.
