制度有了,关键在于执行。本文从研究国内外制度执行优秀案例出发,针对企业制度执行过程中存在的制度与业务匹配度不高、宣贯不到位、监督不力、信息化手段运用落后等问题,从制度评估、撰写标准、宣贯创新、责任落实、责任追责制度体系构建以及加强监督检查等方面提出意见建议。

With a system in place,the key lies in its implementation.This paper starts from the research on excellent cases of system implementation at home and abroad,and in view of the problems existing in the course of the execution of systems,such as the system and business are not matched well,the supervision is not efficient,the use of information means is backward,puts forward advice on system evaluation,writing standard,publicity and innovation,responsibility implementation,accountability system construction and on how to strengthen supervision and inspection.
