摘要
针对国有石油企业驻外高管选拔任用工作现状和存在的问题,笔者结合胜任力理论,通过科学的方法和流程,以所在公司为案例样本,建立国有石油企业驻外高管胜任力模型,并探讨其在驻外高管选拔任用中的应用,为提升类似企业人力资源管理水平提供理论支持和实践帮助。
In view of current situation and existing problems in the selection and appointment of top managers in overseas projects of Chinese state-owned oil companies,the author combines the competency theory with actual practice,takes his company as an example,and attempts to research on establishing a competency model for top managers in overseas projects of Chinese state-owned oil companies.The author explores the model’s application in the selection and appointment of top managers,with the purpose of providing theoretical support and practical help for improving human resources management in similar enterprises.
