高职生创新创业能力培育与提升的路径研究

随着社会的发展,高职院校毕业生的数量逐年增加,但是从整体就业环境来看,对于毕业生的需求量并没有呈现出逐年增长的态势。因此,我们要深入推进育人方式,增强职业教育适应性,弘扬工匠精神,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质专业技能人才,提升高职生在未来就业过程中的社会适应性。文中首先阐述创新创业能力的涵义,诠释高职生创新创业能力培育的意义,剖析存在的现实问题,探究高职生创新创业能力培育与提升的路径。

With the development of the society,the number of graduates from vocational colleges is increasing year by year.Therefore,we should further promote the way of educating people,enhance the adaptability of the vocational education,promote the craftsmanship,and cultivate high-quality professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability,improving the social adaptability of vocational college students in the future employment process.This paper expounds the meaning of innovation and entrepreneurial ability,annotates the significance of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students,analyzes the existing practical problems,and explores the path of cultivating and promoting their innovation and entrepreneurial abilities.
