高职院校团学组织思想引领作用的实现路径研究

On the Implementation Path of Ideological Guidance of College League Organizationsin Vocational Colleges on the Background of New Media

思想政治引领是新时期高校共青团核心任务和使命。高校共青团应以此为工作主线有效开展大学生思想政治引领教育工作。当前学界对团学组织思想引领建设及高校团学组织思想引领建设研究取得了丰硕成果,但是研究重点多集中在团学组织思想引领的内涵、作用和意义、实现路径等方面,从新媒体的角度对高职院校团学组织思想引领作用的研究相对较少。本文从新媒体的角度研究高职院校团学组织思想引领作用的实现路径,探讨在新媒体背景下,高职院校团学组织怎样掌握思想引领建设的主动权,始终保持思想引领工作不断线,为青年学生成长打造一个立体可靠的良好环境。

Ideological and political guidance is the core task and mission of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities in the new era.The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities should take this as the main line of work to carry out the ideological and political leading education of college students effectively.The current academic circle has achieved a lot in the study of league organizations at colleges and universities,focusing more on the connotation,functions and significance,while paying less attention from the angle of new media.This paper explores the implementation path from the new media,discussing how to gain the initiative in ideological guidance construction on the new background and maintain the ideological guidance continuously to create a solid and reliable environment for young students to grow up.
