构建中国特色现代政府采购制度,应坚持政府采购治理的正确方向,牢牢掌握中国特色社会主义这个定性,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路,积极探索“法治+善治”模式,加快政府采购重点领域立法,深化政府采购领域改革。
To build a modern government procurement system with Chinese characteristics,we should adhere to the correct direction of government procurement governance,firmly grasp the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics,unswervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,actively explore the“rule of law+good governance”model,speed up government procurement legislation in key areas and deepen the reform of government procurement.
