上海居住服务业数字化转型虽已取得积极进展,但整体数字化水平还不高,转型面临不少共性问题和挑战。进一步推动上海居住服务业数字化转型,要做好底线管理,完善细化专项领域的顶层设计和标准规范;出台支持政策,有针对性地为行业高质量发展提供支撑资源;优化政企合作,多方发力共创数字生态圈;创新数据治理,推动形成开放共享的良性生态。

Although positive progress has been made in the digital transformation of Shanghai’s residential service industry,the overall level of digitalization is not high,and the transformation faces many common problems and challenges.To further promote the digital transformation of Shanghai’s residential service industry,it is necessary to do a good job in bottom-line management,improve the top-level design and standard specifications for specific fields;introduce support policies to provide supporting resources for the high-quality development of the industry in a targeted manner;optimize government-enterprise cooperation,make efforts to create a digital ecosystem by many parties;innovate data governance and promote the formation of a benign ecosystem of openness and sharing.
