摘要
为了提高地铁机电安装作业效率,准确估算安装作业项目成本,本文选取建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)软件作为研究工具,设计一种地铁机电安装信息处理模型。该模型从信息模型层中提取建筑结构信息、定额数据信息、价格数据以及安装规则数据信息,对机电安装碰撞问题加以检测,同时生成成本估算结果。仿真测试结果表明,本信息处理模型较传统管理方法在安装碰撞检测和成本估算方面优势更大,实现了系统化管控,可以作为地铁机电安装管控工具。
In order to improve the efficiency of Metro electromechanical installation and accurately estimate the cost of installation projects,this paper selects BIM software as the research tool to design a metro electromechanical installation information processing model.The model extracts the building structure information,quota data information,price data and installation rule data information from the information model layer,detects the electromechanical installation collision problem,and generates the cost estimation results at the same time.The simulation test results show that this information processing model has greater advantages in installation collision detection and cost estimation than traditional management methods,realizes systematic management and control,and can be used as a management and control tool for Metro electromechanical installation.
