摘要 本文基于视觉融合的雷达检测异常停车事件系统硬件由毫米波雷达、全景凝视(Pan/Tilt/Zoom,PTZ)摄像机系统和边缘计算机组成。毫米波雷达具有环境抗干扰能力强、探测距离远、体积小以及成本低的优势,是一种非视觉方式的物体检测工具,能够检测目标车辆及其距离和速度。PTZ摄像机具有全方位移动及镜头变倍、变焦控制的特点,能够对目标进行视觉验证。边缘计算机将雷达和摄像机数据融合并将异常停车事件上传至中心服务器,实现事件的检测上传处理。该系统在城市快速道路上的实际应用结果表明,该系统能够提升道路交通管理者对道路车辆异常停车事件的发现能力、处理效率和处理能力,进一步提高道路交通安全管理水平。 In this paper,the hardware of radar detection abnormal parking event system based on visual fusion is composed of millimeter wave radar,Pan/Tilt/Zoom(PTZ)camera system and edge computer.Millimeter wave radar has the advantages of strong environmental anti-interference ability,long detection distance,small volume and low cost.It is a non visual object detection tool,which can detect the target vehicle,its distance and speed.PTZ camera has the characteristics of omni-directional movement,lens zoom and zoom control,and can visually verify the target.The edge computer fuses the radar and camera data and uploads the abnormal parking event to the central server to realize the detection and upload processing of the event.The practical application results of the system on Urban Expressway show that the system can improve the ability of road traffic managers to find,deal with and deal with abnormal parking events of road vehicles,and further improve the level of road traffic safety management。
