摘要
为贯彻黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略,本文通过对区域内引黄灌区现状及存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了在当前区域黄河水资源超载条件下引黄灌区水资源优化配置、节约集约利用、提高农业节水和种植结构的对策建议,以期为区域引黄灌区高质量发展提供借鉴。
In order to carry out the strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,this paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of the Yellow River Diversion irrigation area,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on optimal allocation of water resources,economical and intensive utilization,improvement of agricultural water-saving and planting structure in the Yellow River Diversion irrigation area under the current overload of water resources in the region,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Diversion irrigation area.
