隧洞洞内长大管棚处理复杂地质突发大塌方体施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 为解决安全通过隧洞突发性大塌方不良地质段的问题,本文采取了变形量测、超前地质预报、后部已支护段灌浆加固、塌方体小导管固结灌浆加固、洞内管棚工作室扩挖、超前大管棚套管跟进灌浆加固、大管棚内增加锚筋桩、顶部空腔回填轻质混凝土以及分台阶分步留核心土开挖等方法进行施工。经实践证明上述方法快速高效,可减少安全隐患,保证施工质量,确保安全渡过塌方段,可为类似工程隧洞塌方处理提供经验。 The deformation measurement,advance geological forecast,grouting reinforcement in rear support sections,collapse small pipe consolidation grouting reinforcement,pipe shed studio expansion excavation in the tunnel,advance large pipe shed casing follow-up grouting reinforcement,increase of anchor bar piles in the large pipe shed,backfill of light concrete in the top cavity,excavation with residual core soil in different steps and stages and other methods are adopted in the paper for construction in the paper in order to solve the problem of safe passage through the poor geological section of tunnel sudden large collapse.It is proved through practice that these above-mentioned methods are fast and efficient.They can reduce the safety hidden danger,ensure the construction quality,and guarantee the safety passage through the collapse section,thereby providing experience for tunnel collapse treatment in similar projects.
