摘要
在辽宁省开展水库抗暴雨能力计算工作中发现,水库工程实体缺陷或运行管理问题对水库调度运行产生影响,进而制约了水库的抗暴雨能力。本文简要介绍辽宁省大中型水库抗暴雨能力计算的技术路线和方法,全面分析了水库各类问题对其抗暴雨能力的制约程度,并以朝阳市阎王鼻子水库为例,根据移民线高程和安全泄量等约束条件对其抗暴雨能力成果进行了调整。实践证明,分析并考虑工程制约因素对水库抗暴雨能力的影响,有助于进一步提高水库防汛决策水平,确保安全。
It is found that the physical defects or operation management problems of the reservoir project have influence on the operation of the reservoir scheduling in the calculation of the reservoir anti-rainstorm capacity in Liaoning Province,which restricts the ability of the reservoir to resist rainstorm.The technical route and method of the calculating the antirainstorm capacity of large and medium sized reservoirs in Liaoning Province are briefly introduced in the paper.The restriction degree of the reservoir anti-rainstorm capacity by various problems are comprehensively analyzed.Yanwangbizi Reservoir in Chaoyang is adopted as an example.The results of the anti-rainstorm capacity are adjusted according to the constraints of the elevation of the migration line,the safe discharge,etc.The practice shows that the analysis and consideration of engineering constraints can provide clear guidance for the reservoir anti-rainstorm ability.The decisionmaking level of reservoir flood control can be further improved,and the safety can be ensured.
