摘要
当前,全国各族人民正朝着实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦阔步前进。筑梦路上,国有企业尤其是国有石油企业肩负着新使命、新任务、新要求,必须做深做细做实企业思想教育工作。本文以中原油田强化思想引领、发展引领、典型引领、认同引领“四个引领”为例,浅析如何以思想教育为有效途径,进一步汇聚转型发展强大合力,切实把思想政治优势转化为助推石油企业改革发展的内生动力,为全面开启高质量发展新征程提供坚强思想保障。
At present,the people of all ethnic groups in the country are striding forward to realize the“two centenary”goals and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To achieve this dream,the state-owned enterprises,especially the petroleum enterprises,are shouldering new missions,new tasks and new responsibilities.They must strengthen the ideological education work among the enterprise staff.This paper presents the example of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau Ltd.in strengthening the“four lead’s”of ideological leading,development leading,role model leading and identity leading,and analyzes the ideological education as an effective way to further unite the powerful joint forces of transformation and development.The ideological and political advantages should be effectively transformed into the innate driving force to boost the reform and development of petroleum enterprises,which can provide a strong ideological guarantee for comprehensively opening a new journey of high-quality development.
