Value creation is the eternal goal and ultimate goal of training work.This paper starts with the concept of value creation,and,combined with the practice of the“Geological Engineering Integrated Composite Improvement Training Project”,explains the connotation of“precision training”from the three dimensions of precise project launch,precise design and precise implementation.The paper also showcases the training effects and value created,so as to further verify the precision of the training with actual results.
