基于PLC的多功能智能鞋柜系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Multi-Functional Intelligent Shoe Cabinet System Based on PLC

为满足家居智能化的市场需求,本研究针对传统鞋柜只有储存摆放功能及鞋子极易受损等问题,设计了一款基于PLC的多功能智能化鞋柜系统。该鞋柜具有杀菌除臭、祛湿防霉等功能,以可编程的逻辑控制器(PLC)为主控核心,手机端通过局域网连接到服务器,可实时采集鞋柜内的温湿度和空气质量等数据,使用ESP8266模块对数据进行处理,并将输入到PLC的输入模块QX40中的数字以正负电平的形式输出,通过编程指令来实现远程控制鞋柜终端的目的。试验结果表明,该系统能有效地实现各个功能,且运行稳定,数据可靠,具有一定的研究和应用价值。

In order to meet the market demand of intelligent home information,aiming at the problems of traditional shoe cabinet′s single storage and placing function and shoes being easily damaged,a multifunctional intelligent shoe cabinet system based on PLC is designed.The shoe cabinet has the functions of sterilization,deodorization,dampness and mildew prevention.Using programmable logic controller(PLC)as the main control core,the mobile phone can collect the temperature,humidity and air quality in the shoe cabinet in real time by connecting the LAN to the server,meanwhile use ESP8266 for data processing,and in the form of positive and negative output level input to PLC digital quantity input module QX40,achieve the purpose of remote control shoe cabinet terminal through programming instructions.Experimental results show that the system can effectively achieve each function,and stable operation,reliable data,has a certain research and application value.
