摘要
为了解决人工治沙的效率低、成本高等问题,本研究设计了一款基于Arduino控制的多功能立体固沙车,该沙车包括车体、底盘、草方格布置机构、泥草浆喷洒装置、草卷输送装置。本研究着重对草方格布置机构进行研究,并对横向插草机构中的输草机构与插刀机构的配合进行可行性分析。Arduino作为多功能立体固沙车的控制核心,可通过蓝牙远程控制模块与多功能立体固沙车进行连接,实现对驱动模块、植草模块、草卷输送模块、喷洒模块、视觉模块的精准控制,从而完成对草方格沙障的一次性铺设。同时,利用泥草浆喷洒机构将草籽喷洒到沙障中,固沙工作的效率明显提高,且能够实现对沙漠化地区流动沙丘的固定和综合治理。
In order to solve the existing problems of low efficiency and high cost of artificial sand control,this study introduces a multi-functional three-dimensional sand-fixing vehicle based on Arduino control and its key structure design:car structure,chassis design,grass grid layout mechanism,mud and grass slurry spraying device,grass roll conveying device.The arrangement mechanism of straw checkerboard is expounded emphatically,and the feasibility analysis of the cooperation between straw conveyance mechanism and knife inserting mechanism in the horizontal straw inserting mechanism is made.Arduino,as the control core of the multi-functional three-dimensional sand-fixing vehicle,is connected with the multifunctional three-dimensional sand-fixing vehicle through bluetooth remote control module to realize the precise control of the drive module,grass planting module,grass roll conveying module,spraying module and vision module,and complete the one-time laying of grass checkerboard sand barrier.At the same time,the mud slurry spraying mechanism is used to spray grass seeds into the sand barrier,which has high sand fixation efficiency and can realize the fixation and comprehensive treatment of mobile dunes in desertification areas.
