摘要 科技成果转化活动涉及多方主体协同,其中项目本身的质量是制约科技成果转化的关键。以常态化路演策略促进项目资本对接,推动市场融合,能够实现各参与主体间信息的及时传递及共享,从而规范项目立项机制,保障项目来源的质优性,促进科技成果顺利衔接并加速转化。笔者从项目选择与优化视角出发,对科技成果立项及转化过程进行总结与思考,提出了科技项目路演优选机制。 The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important factor affecting my country′s innovation-driven development strategy. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements involves the coordination of multiple parties, and the quality of the project itself is the key to restricting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The normalized roadshow strategy promotes the docking of project capital and promotes market integration, which can realize the timely transmission and sharing of information among participating entities, thereby standardizing the project establishment mechanism, ensuring the quality of project sources, and promoting the smooth connection and accelerated transformation of scientific and technological achievements. From the perspective of project selection and optimization, this article summarizes and thinks about the process of project establishment and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and proposes a mechanism for selecting scientific and technological project roadshows.
