通过《2021全国技术市场统计年报》数据分析,以具体案例为基础,得出企业在技术交易中,具有技术输出和技术吸纳的双主体性质。针对企业在技术交易中的实际情况,分析企业作为技术输出方和技术吸纳方双主体的特点,以及制约因素,提出挖掘企业有效需求模式、绘制重点产业发展“创新图谱”模式、技术转移公共服务平台模式、“政产学研金服用”七位一体服务模式等适应企业技术转移需求的创新模式。

Based on the 2021 National Technical Market Statistics Annual Report data analysis, this paper concludes that enterprises have become the dual subjects of technology export and technology absorption in technology trading. According to the actual situation of enterprise technology trading, this paper analyzes enterprises′ characteristics and restrictive factors as the dual subjects of technology export and absorption. It puts forward some innovative modes to meet the needs of enterprise technology transfer,such as tapping the effective demand mode of enterprises, drawing the "innovation map" mode of critical industry development, the public service platform mode of technology transfer, and the seven-in-one service mode of "Government, production, schools, research institutes, financial institutions. Service organizations and product users."
