循证护理对乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on limb function of patients with breast cancer after operation

目的探讨循证护理对乳腺癌患者术后的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月福建省肿瘤医院乳腺外科收治的80例乳腺癌术后患者,按护理方式分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组患者的护理效果,如淋巴水肿状况、生活质量、上肢功能等。结果两组患者护理前肘关节功能评分(Mayo)、臂围总和法(SOAC)总长比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后3个月的SOAC总长低于对照组,Mayo评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前36条简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后的SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后接受循证护理,可显著改善其上肢功能,降低淋巴水肿状况,进而提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Fujian Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group by their mode of nursing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing,compare the nursing outcomes of the two groups,such as lymphedema status,quality of life,upper extremity function.Results There were no statistical significances in elbow function score(Mayo)and total length of arm circumference summation(SOAC)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The total length of SOAC was lower than that of the control group,the Mayo score was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after nursing in the observation group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significances in the scores of 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The SF-36 scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients receiving evidence-based nursing postoperatively can significantly improve their upper extremity function,reduce lymphedema status and improve their quality of life.
