摘要
茶叶中含有丰富的茶多酚、茶色素、氨基酸、维生素等营养物质,具有降血脂、降血压、抗氧化、抗动脉硬化、治疗糖尿病、提高免疫力等功效。随着科技的发展和人们生活节奏的加快,作为传统茶叶的一种创新产品,袋泡茶在加工过程中加入了各种营养干果、果味香料、浓缩果汁等,具有冲泡便利、卫生清洁、易于携带、经济实惠等优点,深受人们的喜爱。本文对袋泡茶的研究现状、发展中存在的问题及解决措施等进行了综述,为袋泡茶的发展提供理论依据。
Tea is rich in tea polyphenols,tea pigments,amino acids,vitamins and other nutrients.It has the effects of reducing blood lipids,blood pressure,antioxidation,anti arteriosclerosis,treating diabetes,improving immunity and so on.With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of people’s pace of life,as an innovative product of traditional tea,bag tea is made by mixing various nutritional dried fruits,fruit flavoring spices,concentrated fruit juice,etc,and has the advantages of convenient brewing,sanitation and cleanliness,easy to carry,economic benefits and so on,and is deeply loved by people.This paper summarized the research status,problems in the development process and specific solutions of bagged tea,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of bagged tea.
