意识形态领域的风险是危害中国主权、安全和发展的重大风险之一,事关党、国家、民族的前途命运。步入新时代,我国意识形态领域形势发生了全局性、根本性转变,总体呈现出向上向好的态势,但新情况、新问题、新风险也层出不穷、变化莫测和不容忽视。新发展阶段防范化解意识形态领域重大风险,必须坚持马克思主义唯物史观,立足新的历史方位,从战略全局的高度正确认识和把握意识形态领域的形势和任务,一方面要坚定“四个自信”,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态,加固意识形态重大风险防范墙,打好意识形态重大风险建设仗;另一方面要增强斗争本领,打好风险化解“主动战”,用好战略实施“组合拳”,切实提升防范化解意识形态领域重大风险的领导能力、斗争能力和管控能力。
