摘要
以东风日产供应链管理组织的人才培养体系为案例,分析人才培养体系面临的主要问题,探索汽车供应链人才协同培养体系优化方案和实施措施。以供应链学习中心为运营实体,构建多维度评估和监控方法。基于“价值链相关方的知识同期”观点,以汽车供应链利益相关方作为学员对象,由内向外,逐步扩展汽车制造企业的供应链和物流专业领域的技术影响力。
In this paper,taking the supply chain management talent training system organized by Dongfeng Nissan as an example,we analyzed the main problems faced by the system,and explored the optimization plan and implementation measures of the collaborative training system for automotive supply chain talents.Next,we established a multi-dimensional evaluation and monitoring method with the supply chain learning center as the operating entity.Based on the knowledge synchronism of value chain stakeholders,and taking the stakeholders in the automotive supply chain as the trainees,we proposed to gradually expand the technical influence of the supply chain and logistics expertise of the automaking enterprises from inside out.
