自动化集装箱码头双箱作业研究与实践

摘要 自动化集装箱码头具有高效、节能、环保的特点,效率、节能、环保仍将是其内部良性循环的重要指标;堆场内的双箱作业因其高效、节能的特点为码头未来生产提供了一种方式,通过双箱的策略研究及实践应用,调整优化码头堆场的作业模式,全面提升码头综合能力,为已建成码头在有限条件下突破码头堆场瓶颈提供思路,实现生产效率二次突破。 In this paper,considering the characteristics of the automated container terminal,we made efficiency,energy conservation and environmental friendliness important indexes of the internal virtuous cycle of the terminal.Seeing that the twin-container operation has proven efficient and energy saving in the container yard and through the research and practical application of twin-container operation,we proposed to adjust and optimize the yard operation mode of the terminal to fully improve the comprehensive capacity of the terminal and provide a line of thinking for the completed terminals to unclog the bottleneck of limited yard capacity so as to achieve secondary breakthrough in terms of production efficiency.
