摘要
为研究石墨铁缸体的车削过程,以车削参数为变量,以车削效率和主轴功率为优化目标,进行了车削参数优化试验。使用Matlab软件优化车削参数,获得最合适的车削速度和每齿进给量。对刀具磨损机理分析发现,刀具前刀面主要发生了月牙洼磨损和材料粘连,主要磨损机制是磨料磨损和黏附磨损。
In order to study the turning process of graphite iron cylinder block,turning parameters as variables and turning efficiency and spindle power as optimization objectives were carried out.The turning parameters were optimized using Matlab software to obtain the most suitable turning speed and feed per tooth.Analysis of the tool wear mechanism revealed that crescent pits wear and material adhesion mainly occurred on the front tool face,and the main wear mechanisms were abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
