摘要
针对仓储式提升喂料机光电管移位松动情况频繁,传输虚假信号造成断流停机的问题,提出了用螺纹杆代替圆管型材的优化设计思路。利用螺母及夹持平面等多种紧固方式,限制其空间六个自由度,精确地将光电管在空间内对齐,以保障光电管位置的可靠性及检测的准确性。
The photoelectric tube shift of the storage type elevating feeder loose situation frequently,the transmission of false signals caused by the shutdown of the flow.In response to this situation,through the structural analysis of the photoelectric tube fixing device,the optimized design idea of using threaded rod instead of round tube profile is proposed,using various fastening methods such as nut and clamping plane to limit its space six degrees of freedom and precisely align the photoelectric tube in space to guarantee the reliability of the position of the phototube and the accuracy of the detection.
