摘要
为了解决传统煤矿井下水仓煤泥清理存在的费时、费力问题,设计了一台具有履带行走功能的井下水仓煤泥清理机。通过对其整体方案和行走机构进行设计和分析,最终通过现场工业性实验表明:该套履带式井下煤泥清理机可以代替5~6名煤泥清理工人,煤泥清理效率高,达到了较好的清理效果。
In order to solve the time-consuming and labor-intensive problems of traditional coal mine underground water bin coal slurry cleaning,we designed an underground water bin coal slurry cleaning machine with crawler walking function,through the design and analysis of the overall scheme and walking mechanism,and finally through the field industrial experiments show that:the set of crawler underground coal slurry cleaning machine can replace 5~6 coal slurry cleaning workers,coal slurry cleaning efficiency is high,and can achieve better cleaning effect.
