采煤机自适应变速截割控制策略及仿真分析

摘要 为进一步提升采煤机的截割性能,实现综采工作面的智能化、无人化的运行奠定基础,以截割功率为300k W的采煤机为研究对象开展研究,在分析其主要参数的基础上对牵引部和截割部的负载特性进行简单阐述,重点基于粒子群优化算法对采煤机截割部截割参数进行优化,并对不同截割阻抗变化趋势提出截割性能最佳的变速截割控制策略。 In order to further improve the cutting performance of coal mining machine and lay the foundation for the intelligent and unmanned operation of comprehensive mining face,a coal mining machine with cutting power of 300 kW is used as an example to carry out the study and briefly explain the load characteristics of traction section and cutting section based on the analysis of its main parameters.Finally,the cutting parameters of the cutting section of the coal mining machine are optimized based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the variable speed cutting control strategy with the best cutting performance is proposed for different cutting impedance change trends.
